Pre-seed & seed capital for founders building the physical layer of the future.

OUR THESIS

The future will always be shaped by hardware companies.

What do the best hardware founders have that software founders don't? We’ve identified two traits.

01.

Operational Mastery

Hardware is unforgiving. The founders who win have developed a rigorous command of supply chains, manufacturing processes, and physical systems – or they're actively building it. This mastery is rare, and we know how to spot it.

02.

Narrative Command

Some companies get all the attention. Breakout founders make their companies seem inevitable – they control the story before the market can write it for them. We call this Narrative Command, and it's as learnable as any other skill.
